About Centering Prayer Groups
Many Centering Prayer support group meet weekly around the bay area.  These groups are a wonderful way to connect with others who have a Centering Prayer practice and to strengthen and clarify our own  Centering Prayer practices.  If you are establishing a Centering Prayer practice, you're welcome to share in this "mini-retreat."  Groups typically meet for sixty to ninety-minutes and may include the following:
Twenty to thirty minutes of Centering Prayer
Readings from Open Mind, Open Heart
Video presentations from Fr Thomas Keating
Brief period of sharing
Closing prayer
Each group tends to structure its time according to its members desires.
